Job Scope: 

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting & Onboarding Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in helping organizations modernize and optimize their talent acquisition and employee onboarding processes. You will work closely with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead end-to-end functional design and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into effective system solutions.
  • Configure recruiting workflows, career sites, offers, and onboarding journeys aligned with business processes.
  • Support data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and enhancements within Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Provide functional guidance, user training, and documentation to ensure successful adoption.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions comply with Singapore employment regulations and data privacy requirements.

Job Qualifications: 

  • Degree in Technology / Business Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or support.
  • Excellent hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting and/or Onboarding modules.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruiting and onboarding business processes.
  • Proven experience in functional configuration, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably with Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Recruiting, Onboarding, or Core HR.
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR implementations is advantageous.
